The increase in the publishing activity of the Polytechnic Institute of Guarda has been one of our concerns over the recent years.
Despite the undoubted limitations in this area - as elsewhere - in terms of human and financial resources - a plan was worked out where we have integrated editing of multiple papers, with different themes.
However, based on the experience from the previous journal of this Institute, we understand that it is justified, given the current reality, a new publication of scientific and pedagogical nature.
